1. Service Agreement

MARKET LAND LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides e-commerce operations, online marketing, and order fulfillment services ("Services") to businesses ("Client," "you," or "your"). These terms govern all services provided by the Company.

2. Service Scope & Deliverables

• All services will be clearly outlined in project proposals or service agreements
• Deliverables, timelines, and costs will be specified before work begins
• Changes to scope require written agreement and may affect pricing and timelines
• We reserve the right to refuse services that violate our compliance standards

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and necessary access to systems
• Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure all content and materials provided comply with applicable laws
• Maintain ownership and responsibility for business operations and decisions

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur fees and suspension of services
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

• Client retains ownership of their business data, content, and materials
• Work products created specifically for Client belong to Client upon full payment
• Company retains rights to methodologies, processes, and general knowledge
• Neither party may use the other's trademarks without permission

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of services. This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Service Standards & Disclaimers

• We provide operational and informational services only
• We do not provide financial, legal, or business advisory services
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or non-payment
• Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where MARKET LAND LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
